The IRS requires an annual "Ethics" course for Enrolled Agents (EAs) and other IRS credential holders, such as Annual Filing Season Program (AFSP) tax preparers.
This course gives you 2 hours IRS Ethics Continuing Education (CE).
In addition to the the required nature of Ethics IRS hours, smart tax professionals always take care to know about the latest regulations that affect tax pros.
The IRS has added even more "due diligence" penalties for tax professionals for tax year 2018 and we all need to know what to do to protect yourself and our clients and make sure you're using best practices for various tax preparer ethics issues.
One thing that makes our Ethics course a little different than most others is that we try hard to make sure it's not more boring than watching paint dry. You'll have to let us know if we succeed in that goal! :)
If you're not sure if this course is right for you (need info about hours requirements based on your credential, etc.), please contact our Support Team via email or call us (310) 422 - 1283 and we can personally advise you.
