Course Description

Schedule E clients are some of the best clients a tax pro can have, due to various factors, such as:

  • Tax pros can offer a significant Return on Investment (ROI) for these clients, due to the tax advantages associated with owning investment real estate..
  • These clients don't like to switch tax preparers and tend to stick with the same tax pro year after year, as long as they're happy with the service.
  • These clients are often plugged into networks of other real estate investors, and will actively and enthusiastically refer a LOT of similar clients to their favorite tax professional.

But there is one BIG catch, when it comes to working with Schedule E clients:

"Good enough" isn't good enough.

Only Mastery--true expertise, applied expertly--can give these clients and the tax pros who serve them the profitable and excellent experience that is so valuable and enjoyable.
